- It is an electronic storage that holds no expiry reserve load.

- No expiry reserve load is different from regular load or call/text load because it does not expire until it is converted

- Once converted, it takes on the validity of regular airtime, or call/text offers. So USE UP ONLY WHAT YOU NEED! THE REST STAYS SAFE IN YOUR LOAD WALLET.

How to get Load Wallet?

Just text WALLET to 7532 for FREE. 

How do you load your Load Wallet?

Simply purchase no expiry reserve load from any SmartLoad retailers. Available amounts are: P30, P50, P100, P150, P300 and P500.

What can I do with no expiry reserve load?

    1. Load regular airtime or call/text offers ex. Smartalk, All Text etc.

        i. via menu

     i. via keyword - Text Keyword to 7532.

 2. Transfer no expiry reserve load to friend's Load Wallet

        - Go to Smart Menu, click Load Wallet  or ULoad and press OK.

        - Click Transfer, press OK.

        - Enter Celfone No. and press OK.

        - Enter the desired amount to be transferred, press OK.

        You can transfer up to centavo value ex. P1.25. Minimum amount for transfer is P1.

 3.  Load your Smart Buddy friend's using Load Wallet or ULoad

         - Go to Smart Menu, click Load Wallet or ULoad, press OK.

        - Click Load To Others, press OK.

        - Enter Celfone No. and press OK.

        - Enter the desired amount to be transferred, press OK. 

         You can load your Smart Buddy friend's with:

                - Regular Load

                              (10, 15, 30, 60, 115, 100, 200, 300, 500) 

                 - Text Promo's

                              (AllTxt 10, AllTxt 20, AllTxt 30, LahaTxt 30)

                 - Call Promo's

                             (All Calls 20, All Calls 100, Smart Talk 100, Smart Talk 500, Nyt Calls 15)

  How to load Cignal TV:

        - Go to Smart Menu, click Load Wallet or ULoad and press OK.

        - Click More, click Other Services, click Cignal and press OK.

        - Choose Cignal TV Load Package.

        - Enter Cignal TV Account Number, and press OK.

 4. Load to other Smart services like Smart Bro.

        - Go to Smart Menu, click Load Wallet and press OK.

        - Click Load to Smart Services, press OK.

        - Enter Smart Bro No. and press OK.

        - Select the desired amount to be transferred, press OK.

                              - Go to Smart Menu, click Load Wallet or ULoad and press OK.

                              - Click More, click Other Services and click More.

                              - Select Pay Parking, Enter Parking Terminal ID

                              - Enter Parking Hours and press OK.

How do I check my Balance? 

    i. via menu

Update Smart Buddy Sim:

• Text ULOAD and send it to 7532
• Text GET MENU and send it to 9888
• Text WALLET  and send it to 7532
